It is becoming increasingly popular with service providers to exploit their clients in hopes of gaining new clients. Luckily, we have never cared about following trends. Any picture that you see on our website or our company social media pages were posted with that client's written consent, borrowed from their personal post that they made & tagged us in, or is from a rental property or a new construction that we cleaned. Your home is meant to be your safe space, & for some hiring a cleaning company takes a lot of courage. We would never impose on your privacy by posting pictures from inside your home without your consent.

*for insurance reasons, we will always take pictures for our digital checklists. These pictures are ONLY for insurance purposes, & training opportunities with our staff. Pictures taken for our company checklist will only be viewed by LHS management.*

Short Term Rentals

Effective immediately (07/07/2024), Luxe Home Solutions has implemented new requirements for properties under our rental service. These requirements are essential to ensure the quality of service we provide:

Minimum Deep Clean Requirement: Properties must allow for a minimum of one deep clean per month when there is no same-day check-in. To facilitate effective deep cleaning, we kindly request that handyman, property owners, and family members refrain from entering and exiting the property during our cleaning visits. This minimizes disruptions and ensures our cleaners can efficiently complete their tasks without the need for multiple re-cleans or working around others.
Prompt Handling of Property Issues: Property owners or managers must promptly address any issues affecting the property, such as leaks or worn furniture.

These requirements are integral to our service agreements. If these conditions are not met during the agreement period, we will notify you in writing via email. Following a 30-day period without resolution, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement. We will continue servicing your rental for an additional 30 days to allow you time to make alternative arrangements.

It's important to note that the condition of properties reflects on our cleaning team, even when we fulfill our contractual obligations. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining high standards for property upkeep.

3. We only work with short term rental hosts: Whether you host your own rental or you hired our sister company Coastal Views as your co-host, we will gladly take your property on. However, if you use a property manager or a 3rd party co-host we will not take on your property. We prefer being able to work directly with the owner themselves to accommodate their wishes.
